Wallace Realty Corp., Fallon’s first full-service property management company was founded in 1960.

Wallace Realty Corp. was founded in 1960, by then broker, Geraldine A. Wallace, a long time Fallon resident. Gerry ran a successful real estate business up until the time she retired in 1989.  Her son, Milton H Wallace, Broker and daughter-in-law, Michelle J. Wallace, a licensed realtor property manager, took over the office the same year but changed the direction from real estate sales to full-service property management.  We filled a niche that was much needed in the community, becoming the first full-service property management company in Fallon.  In 2005, our daughter, Kori Brown, joined the family team becoming a licensed real estate agent and property manager With over 45 years of experience managing and marketing single family homes, multi-family units, mobile home parks, mini storage facilities and commercial properties: we bring quality experience to the table. Wallace Realty takes pride in providing the highest standards of property management services to our Owners and their Tenants. We provide a convenient business location to our Owners and Tenants. Our Office is staffed with eight full time staff members to meet all the needs of a busy management company. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and the first Saturday of every month from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We also have a company, Real Property Maintenance Inc, also enables us to offer same day response to maintenance requests as well as a faster turnaround readying vacant units. Through our AppFolio management program, each tenant has access to their own online portal which enables them to make requests for maintenance or pay rents online by E-Check, credit card or debit payments. Our owners also have access to their own online portal providing their property account activities, owner funds deposited by E-Check and to make owner contributions by online transfer to cover unforeseen bills.
