Wallace Realty Corp. is based in Fallon, Nevada and was founded in 1960 by its Broker, Geraldine “Gerry” A. Wallace – a long-time Fallon resident. Gerry ran a successful real estate business until her retirement in 1989. Her son, Milton H. Wallace and daughter-in-law, Michelle J. Wallace took over the office that same year. With Milton as a licensed Broker and Michelle as an office and property manager as well as a Nevada licensed realtor, decided to change the direction of the company from real estate sales to full service property management. Wallace Realty Corp. then became Fallon’s first full-service property management company, fulfilling a much needed niche in the community. Our office is fully staffed with ten (10) full-time employees enabling us to customize a property management plan that best serves you and your property.
